Taking their exciting HR platform and flip in on their head, by integrating a project management approach and Ai focus-points. By utilising their existing user base, I was able to gain deep insights into what users expect, how they have interacted in the past, as well has existing pain points they might have.
Design a web-platform that allows hiring managers to seamlessly create job posts and interact with candidates. The platform should integrate all existing features and be able to run every form of communication and action through the platform itself.
AI integrations are always a challenge when applying it to an industry that doesn’t have a dedicated AI model
Applying an automated system to quite an interactive and user-driven model, came as a bigger hurdle than expectedTaking into consideration that most users might be used to other platforms, I integrated Jakob’s Law into the mix and focussed on actions and features users might be accustomed to. I then took to user interviews and data analysis to structure and validate assumptions of business and my own. The final result was a prototype version of the platform that the team will share with users to gather feedback.
Just through walk-through of the prototype and Ai-driven processes the decrease in human intervention stood at 34% and an increase in data and user overview is a features users were needing.
