Helping HelloChoice set up their entire super-app in the agri-tech space. Working my way from animator and editor, all the way to head of design in their UX space, as well as taking charge of the creative direction for the company.Handed over a successful design ecosystem with a fully-fledged service design.

  • Update the existing web-platform, Google Chrome Extension and Discord Bot, and incorporate the new features that integrates with the new products. Set the Brand guide, Design System, and content system as a guide for future use.

  • I faced the challenge of extensive process flows that needed attention, creating confusion with not only the users, but some members of the team as well.The company also went through a transition phase of development, taking the code to another language, which meant I had to cater for old and new design updates.

  • I took an extreme Service Design approach that was heavily focused on internal processes to speed up the account interactions and onboarding, by creating an interaction eco-system through interviewing internal users.
    My focus was to automate as many interactions as possible, which would allow for effective use of time in onboarding clients.

  • Achieved a 40% improvement in user satisfaction and a 35% increase in daily active users through intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

    Through data-driven design, we achieved a successful adoption of the new platform.
