Helping develop a smooth upgraded transition of their current app, creating a backend dashboard for internal use and operations. Working with service design methods, I helped them take delivery time from 60 minutes to an average of 17 minutes per delivery.In charge of design development for their new pharmaceutical in-app purchases.

  • Develop a system that can help achieve their goal of a 15 - 20 minute delivery process, from shopping until delivered.They must be able to access the whole order, as well as inventory from a back-end as well.The whole system must be scalable, as they want to release a medication app through the platforms as well

  • I faced the challenge of deadlines, design elements and operations that had to be implemented in different warehouses, at different locations and with different layouts.With a competitive market of grocery deliveries from the big industry leaders, creating a new system that allows for even faster delivery, allowed for bigger challenges.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Implemented rapid prototyping and sprint designs, working closely with the lead developer to refine product development notes.
    Design System Development: Efficiently completed the customer-facing UI design system for developer handoff while prototyping the app structure.
    Workflow Optimization: Introduced a workflow system to troubleshoot customer app issues and inform updates to the business-facing app and portal.

  • Improved customer retention by 15% and increased user session duration by 20% through targeted design improvements and integration of motion graphics.

    Took the platmform from an hourly timeslot system, to delivery after 15 minutes, through service design eco-system.
