Working with Open has been an exciting journey, where I’ve had the chance to make a real difference for businesses using the Microsoft 365 Suite. SharePoint sites have been my playground, and now I’m diving into the world of Copilot demos—so much fun!

Most of my projects are all about Copilot adoption and pilot programs, which keeps things fresh and dynamic. I get to bring my UX know-how to the table, while also flexing my skills in structure and change management. It’s the best of both worlds!
